Privacy Policy

WOS Ministry is a community tool for planning a Whiteout Survival alliance's ministry buff schedule. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Whiteout Survival or Century Games. This policy explains what information the service handles and the choices you have.

We only collect what the service needs to work:

• Account details — your display name and in-game Game ID, and the password you set (stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in plain text).
• Staff accounts — for alliance organizers and administrators, the same details plus the role and state they manage.
• Screenshots you upload — used to read your resource and speed-up numbers automatically. The image is processed only to extract those numbers and is discarded immediately afterwards — we do not store the screenshot, only the numbers you submit.
• Contact details you choose to share — for example an email address, if you contact us about access.
• Activity logs — a record of key actions (sign-ins, schedule changes, moderation) so administrators can audit what happened.

We use this information to run the scheduling service: to sign you in, let you submit and view ministry assignments, let administrators manage their alliance and state, and respond when you contact us. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes and are never readable by us. Sensitive values such as two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. Two-factor authentication is available for staff accounts for extra protection. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

Activity and history logs are kept for a limited period (around 90 days by default) and then automatically deleted. Your account and its data are kept while your account exists, until you delete it.

You can delete your player account at any time from your profile, which removes your account data. If you are a staff member, or need help removing your data, contact us and we will handle it.

Paid access is arranged manually and directly with us (for example by email or Discord); we do not process card payments on this site, so we do not collect or store payment card details here. Paid access is non-refundable unless required by law.

We rely on hosting and database providers to operate the service, which process data on our behalf to keep the app running. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not sell it.

The service is intended for players managing their alliance and is not directed at young children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected here.
