Common questions
How do I schedule Whiteout Survival ministry buffs?
Members sign up for the days and half-hour slots they're online and enter their speedups; your organizer assigns everyone, and the live schedule shows who holds each ministry buff and when.
What is a ministry buff in Whiteout Survival?
Each ministry — Construction, Research and Training — gives an alliance-wide buff to whoever holds the post. This tool plans who takes each ministry in every half-hour slot so the buffs stay covered and fair.
Is WOS Ministry free, and how do I upgrade?
Every state has a free tier. Larger alliances can upgrade to a paid tier for more organizers and alliance tags — upgrades are arranged with us directly (see Plans above).
Are my uploaded screenshots stored?
No. A screenshot is processed only to read your speedup and Fire Crystal totals, then discarded right away — we keep the numbers you submit, never the image.
Can I edit my sign-up after submitting?
Yes. Sign back in with your Game ID and password to change your days, times or speedups. Make your edits before the organizer schedules the cycle so they're taken into account.
What if my alliance doesn't have an organizer yet?
Members can't sign up to a state no one runs yet — the form shows a warning instead of submitting. Ask us to set up an organizer, or have your leader request access; once the state has one, sign-ups open and the schedule goes live.
